Allunits are 700 square feet with an identical floor plan of two bedrooms and onebathroom, a general living area with a breakfast nook and fully equippedkitchen. The bedrooms include one with a queen size bed and one with twotwin beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The breakfast nook tableseats four with two additional bar stool seating at the kitchen counter.While the units will accommodate 6 guests, a maximum of 4 adults isrecommended. All units are single story and were originally builtas resort condominiums. They are situated on a six acre desert landscapedproperty with two pools and spas, guest laundry, BBQ areas and other resortamenities. Indian Palms Interval is located within the grounds of the IndianPalms Country Club and is adjacent to a 27 hole golf course, country clubrestaurant and pro shop. Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located nearthe resort. There are numerous desert activities and venues within theCoachella Valley. Each unit is seven hundred square feet with a maximum occupancy of six people with a recommendation of four or less. All units have two bedrooms, a single bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining area. A complementary locking wall safe and complementary unlimited local and national long distance phone service are included as well.All kitchens are fully equipped with a full size stove with oven and microwave, full size refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and utensils. The dining area includes table seating for four and bar stool counter seating for two.Household Amenities Include: paper towels, bathroom tissue, facial tissue, bath bar, dishwasher detergent, liquid dish soap, salt/pepper, sugar/creamer and one welcome packet of coffee. Additional coffee packets are available for purchase in the office.Housekeeping Service: All units receive a mid-week towel service that will be left outside the unit door in a bag. This happens on Monday for Friday weeks and Tuesday for Saturday weeks. Any unused towels may be left outside in the morning for pick up. If you won’t be present, towels will be left just inside the unit entrance. Multi-week Guest Stays: additional to towel service, guests staying more than one week will receive a full unit clean with a bed linen change near the end of each occupancy week, except for their last week. *We do not provide daily linen service or unit cleaning.
