The Studio Villa features a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, table with two chairs, work desk with chair, kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee/tea maker, private bathroom with walk-in shower and separate jetted tub, and a furnished screened-in balcony or patio. Includes free wifi. Within 3 miles of Disney, Universal Studio and Sea World. Do a search for Westgate Lakes Orlando and you'll see I'm only charging less than half price here as you're renting from me, an owner. The pictures in this listing are what I took in Westgate resort located in Gatlinburg, TN for my two-bedroom two-bath villa. The Orlando resort is at least as nice. Of course the resort provides all amenities including swimming pool, gym, sauna, spa, business center, etc. I've been an owner of this timeshare property since 2008. The resort only checks in on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Other than holiday and event weeks that require more "upgrade fee" from the resort, you can request any week of the year. Please just let me know your preferred check-in day and I'll check availability for you. The week will be booked with you as the guest. Resort booking confirmation email will also be sent to you.
