You can pay in full or one night of deposit. All A/I fees payment must paid in full 30 days before arrival date. If you are arrival in less than 30 days, Full payment must be made at time of reservation.2: (the fast and easy way) on Paypal's note, provide your phone number and we will make a 3 way calling to book and finalize your reservation. (Many of my guest love this way)Cancellation Or Reschedule Policy: If you decides to cancel or reschedule the reservation, please call the resort directly. Your A/I deposit will hold by the resort for you up to 12 months from day of your reservation (No Refund, Resort Credit Only). No Refund on the unit rental fees after 12/31, no matter what month you made your reservation. But If you need to re-book your reservation the same year, you would need to email me directly, not from eBay unless there's refund need to be made.
