I am an owner of this time share which is located in Orlando, FL. This resort is Located inside the gates of Walt Disney World. This rate is per night with a minimum of 3 night stay in a fully equipped two bedroom suite. All you need to bring is food and drinks. Shorter and longer stays also available. This offer is not restricted to suite size. Price will vary accordingly. Prices may vary by season, event, and check-in date. Feel free to ask questions prior to buying. Please do not purchase unless I confirm availability otherwise I might be forced to cancel the order if there is no availability. Please note that prices are different during peak season. Selecting the applicable arrival month will reflect the corresponding price. NOTE: Availability is dependent on resort inventory. There is a possibility that once available inventory might become unavailable by the time the payment is received. In the event the payment was already made, the transaction will be canceled and payment will be refunded. Send me your dates and I'll check availability for you.Booking Information: Purchase the number of nights and after the purchase is confirmed I will make the reservation and send you a confirmation. Include in the purchase request the full name and address of the person checking in. This is the name that is used on guest confirmation. Reservation details You will be a guest of a VIP owner. NO timeshare tour or presentation required. The final bid price is the total price you pay for the reservation. The primary guest on the reservation must be at least 21 years old with a major credit card (required for security deposit) No smoking and no pets allowed. Check-in time at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Confirmed Paypal account required for purchase. Payment must be made within 24 hours of winning the bid. Confirmation and check-in instructions will be sent by e-mail within 2 business days of receiving payment. Please provide the check-in guest name and address for the guest certificate. Note there is a $99 fee to change the guest name after the reservation is made.
