All resort and reservation fees are included in any accepted reservation bid. Confirmation letter and check-in instructions will be sent via email the same day of receiving payment. Please note the guest name cannot be changed after it is submitted to the resort without paying an additional $99 fee. Cancelation and Reservation Rescheduling Policy Reservations maybe rescheduled if requests to do so have been made and processed more than 15 days in advance based on resort policies. Cancelations made 15 days or less from travel date will result in the forfeiture of the reservation. Cancelations made more than 15 days before travel date will result in a travel credit for a comparable future vacation to be used within 12 months of the original reservation date. There will be a $99 guest confirmation re-issue fee each time the reservation needs to be rescheduled.
